I usually pair it up with a salad and some rice.
And did you know, they now have pre-cooked rice where you just pop in the microwave for a couple of minutes and it’s done?

This recipe originally came from an old Southern Living magazine and I’ve been making it for years now. Our boys love it as much as we do and I’ve cooked it for company, too. Which says a lot in my opinion.
5 Ingredient Baked Curry Glazed Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the honey, melted butter, yellow mustard, salt and curry powder together in a medium bowl.
Dip the chicken legs into the mixture making sure to coat all sides evenly.
Place the chicken in a single layer in a 9×13 baking dish and pour the remaining liquid mixture from the bowl on top of the chicken. Place in oven for 40-45 minutes or until done.
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 family size pack of chicken legs or 1 (4 pound) whole chicken cut up
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Stir together first five ingredients.
- Dip chicken into the mixture, coating all sides evenly. Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish.
- Pour remaining liquid mixture on top of chicken.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
