I went to World Market today for the first time in years. My first thought after walking in, “What took me so long to come back here???” which was quickly followed by “Uh oh. I may be in trouble.” and “Did you say there’s a 25% off coupon in addition to sale prices???”
Oh yeah. I was definitely in trouble.
My main purpose was to pick up some World Market Mulling Spice for an upcoming project, but I gleefully wandered around the entire store.
…for good measure.
I wanted to make sure I hadn’t overlooked anything after all.
I picked up a few of these glass hobnail candles for Christmas gifts. They come in Honeysuckle Bouquet, Neroli Petals, Sicilian Citrus, and Black Dahlia scents. Black Dahlia was the only scent that was overly sweet and might be migraine inducing. The other three scents were light and fresh and I love the vintage looking hobnail!
And I found this cute chalkboard arrow sign that could be used in so many different places in my house. It comes in this deep, distressed red and also a medium dark stain.
I spent quite a bit of time perusing the industrial farmhouse section and could have spent quite a bit more time (and money) there, but I still hadn’t found the mulling spices that I had come in for. So I checked this stuff out with a solemn promise to myself that I would come back another day in order to do it justice.
I love this industrial shelving.
And what do you think about this one? It’s fun and funky all in one swoop!
My office will be getting a makeover after the holidays and I think this metal calendar will add some nice charm.
But then again, I liked this wood one, too!
And then there were clocks and globes, letter boxes and paper weights, and so much more!
Oh, where was I again? Yes, that’s right. I was still looking for the mulling spice and I was only halfway through the store!
